Job summary

Tetra Tech's Residential Development team is seeking a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to lead complex residential infrastructure schemes from concept through to completion. You will work with industry specialists and trusted clients on major developments across the UK.

You will manage planning, procurement, contract administration and project controls, ensuring programmes meet timescales, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Background in civil engineering with delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of NEC4 and JCT contracts is essential.
• Experience with major clients and regulators is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of residential development schemes from concept to completion.
• Own project planning, procurement, contract administration and controls.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholders and reporting across teams.
• Oversee infrastructure works including highways, drainage and utilities.
• Ensure safety, programme, budget and quality compliance throughout.
