Clayton Legal in Liverpool is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join a busy Residential Conveyancing team. The role offers a varied caseload, progression from instruction to completion, and autonomy to manage files with support from senior solicitors.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent organisation, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining client care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases and remortgages.
• Progress matters from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Liaise with clients and professionals to deliver high-quality client care.
• Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication throughout transactions.
• Negotiate with third parties to progress matters and achieve outcomes.
• Maintain compliant file management and timely closures.
• Use electronic case management systems and portals and support BD activities.
