Qualifications

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer with proven ability to manage own caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Strong residential conveyancing knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Review titles and searches, raise and respond to enquiries, prepare contracts and reports on title, manage exchange and completion, and deal with post-completion requirements.
• Provide high-quality client care with time, support and resources.
