Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join one of its West Yorkshire offices. You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion with autonomy and a strong focus on delivering excellent client service.

The package includes a competitive salary (£35k-£50k), hybrid working, 33 days’ leave, enhanced pension, paid volunteering time, and access to modern technology and AI-enabled software to support your work.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Conveyancer is required.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion.
• Review titles and searches, raise/enquire, prepare contracts and reports on title.
• Manage exchange and completion and post-completion requirements.
• Provide high level client care with autonomy within a supportive team.
