Job summary

Clayton Legal in Warrington is seeking a Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office-based team. The role offers a competitive salary negotiable based on experience and flexible home working if required.

You will manage a full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing files (around 70) from start to finish and, ideally, bring an existing contact network to help build a new team within the firm.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or qualified through experience.
• Experience managing a full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing files (around 70) from start to finish.
• Ability to hit the ground running and contribute to building a new team.
