Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its Stoke-on-Trent team, taking a senior role within the residential conveyancing group. You will manage a busy caseload, provide guidance to junior fee earners and help develop the department alongside senior colleagues.

You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of client care, efficient case management and compliance with regulatory requirements, while contributing to the ongoing success of the residential property

Qualifications

Strong residential conveyancing background.
Experience supervising junior fee earners.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation.
Proactive problem-solving and client service.
Lead by example and contribute to the wider team.
Ability to manage your own caseload independently.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Supervise and support junior fee earners, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence.
Monitor workflow, performance and deadlines to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
Maintain high standards of client service and communication throughout the conveyancing process.
Assist with day-to-day management of the team, allocating work and addressing issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the residential property department.
