Job summary

eNL is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its Stoke-on-Trent team, taking a senior role within the residential conveyancing group. You will manage a busy caseload, provide guidance to junior fee earners and help develop the department alongside senior colleagues.

You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of client care, efficient case management and compliance with regulatory requirements, while contributing to the ongoing success of the residential property

• Maintain high standards of client service and communication throughout the conveyancing process.
• Assist with day-to-day management of the team, allocating work and addressing issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the residential property department.

The Role

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing guidance, support and supervision to junior members of the team.

Responsibilities will include:
