Job summary

eNL, a respected regional law firm, seeks a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader in the West Midlands with 5+ years' experience. You will head up a busy Residential Property team, supervise Conveyancers, Paralegals and Trainees, and manage a manageable caseload.

You will advise on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership, oversee workflow, provide technical support on complex matters, and drive performance, efficiency and client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Supervisory or team management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and develop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Residential Property team and manage workload.
• Provide technical support on complex matters.
• Mentor Conveyancers, Paralegals and Trainees.
