Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload and lead a team of junior fee earners, ensuring high standards of client care throughout the conveyancing process.

You will oversee transactions from instruction to completion, provide guidance, supervise junior team members, and contribute to the development of the residential property department.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing and ability to manage own caseload independently.
• Proven ability to supervise or manage junior fee earners.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence.
• Monitoring workflow, performance and deadlines to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of client service and communication throughout the conveyancing process.
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the team, allocating work and addressing any issues as they arise.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the residential property department.
