Job summary

Leading Regional Law Firm in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a busy caseload and lead a team of junior fee earners within the residential property department.

You will handle complex sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, while supervising and mentoring junior staff and ensuring high standards of client service.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established regional law firm in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who enjoys managing a busy caseload while taking responsibility for leading and developing a team of junior fee earners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the residential conveyancing team, ensuring high standards of client care, efficient case management and the continued delivery of an excellent service.

The Role

You will handle a varied residential property caseload, overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing guidance, support and supervision to junior members of the team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence.
• Monitoring workflow, performance and deadlines to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
