Job summary

Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Conveyancer for a residential property role based in Weston-super-Mare with hybrid working. You will manage a steady caseload from instruction through post-completion for a growing specialist property team.

The role requires 3-5 years of residential conveyancing experience, strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, and excellent client care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' residential conveyancing experience
• Experience managing own caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Practical, team-focused approach
• Experience working in a volume conveyancing environment
• Comfortable using modern technology and case management systems
• CLC, CILEX, Solicitor qualification or equivalent residential conveyancing experience

Responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Manage transfers of equity, remortgages and probate-related transactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintain high standards of client service and file management
• Work closely with Head of Legal as a senior team member
• Assist with post-completion matters as required
