Job summary

Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Conveyancer for a hybrid role in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will handle a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working closely with the Head of Legal.

We require 3–5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, strong knowledge of freehold/leasehold transactions, and excellent client care. Hybrid working and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to manage own caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Manage transfers of equity, remortgages and probate-related transactions.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
• Maintain high standards of client service and file management.
• Work with Head of Legal as a senior team member and assist with post-completion matters.
