Qualifications

• At least 2 years of conveyancing experience.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A team-focused and proactive approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, volume environment.
• Candidates from a residential sales progression or estate agency background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supporting conveyancers with residential property transactions.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Assisting with file progression from instruction through to completion.
• Managing post-completion matters.
• Maintaining case management systems and records.
