Job summary

Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment seeks a Senior Conveyancer for a Weston-super-Mare-based, hybrid role. You will manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling freehold/leasehold transactions and transfers of equity, with AML onboarding support.

The role requires 3–5 years' experience and the qualification as CLC/CILEX/Solicitor or equivalent. Hybrid working is offered with some travel to Chester for onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience managing your own caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.

Responsibilities

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Managing transfers of equity, remortgages and probate-related transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintaining high standards of client service and file management
• Working closely with the Head of Legal as a senior member of the team
• Assisting with post-completion matters where required
