Job summary

The role offers hybrid working, with an emphasis on client relationship management and supporting junior team members. 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.

Responsibilities

• Run own caseload of residential matters with autonomy.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Handle full range of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build and leasehold matters.
• Maintain client relationships and keep matters moving to tight timelines.
