Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers in Manchester, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a Property Lawyer to manage a residential conveyancing caseload with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. The role is based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for development.

You will handle a varied caseload, coordinate with third parties, and ensure compliance throughout the transaction process, contributing to positive outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle around 50 files to deliver high-quality service.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the journey.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and third parties.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and other docs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; manage exchanges and registrations.
