An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well established firm in Manchester in a senior role, with hybrid working and the chance to take real ownership of your caseload.

The Role

You will join the Manchester team as a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, running your own caseload of residential matters with a high degree of autonomy. At this level you will be the person colleagues turn to for technical guidance, trusted to manage files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.

The work covers the full range of residential property transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity, new build and developer transactions, leasehold matters including lease extensions, and complex titles and more unusual transactions.

You will manage client relationships directly, keep matters moving to tight timelines and play an active part in supporting and guiding less experienced members of the team. The firm is keen to fill this role quickly, so the process will move efficiently for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Senior Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
