Job summary

Vertex Education in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on handling a varied caseload and delivering excellent client service.

You will oversee freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other conveyancing matters while liaising with clients, agents, lenders and solicitors to move transactions forward in a supportive, growth-oriented firm.

A growing and ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its expanding property team in Birmingham.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Leasehold matters
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service

About You

We are interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Conveyancers who have a strong background in residential property.

You should be comfortable running your own caseload and have excellent communication and client-management skills.
