Job summary

Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join a growing Residential Property team in Wolverhampton.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, coordinate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties, and deliver high standards of client care and compliance. There are strong progression opportunities in a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and client-focused residential property professional with ability to manage own caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and other third parties
• Providing a high level of client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and AML requirements
