QED Legal is representing an established Legal 500 recognised firm in Mansfield. This Senior Residential Property Conveyancer role offers responsibility for a full caseload, with autonomy supported by a forward-thinking team and modern systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Residential Property experience
• Ability to run a caseload independently
• Strong client-care and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients during transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Residential Property team
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
• Seek autonomy while staying supported and aligned with firm practices
• Develop and strengthen referrer relationships locally
