QED Legal is representing a Chesterfield-based, Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion. The successful candidate will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters within a respected Residential Property team.

You will mentor junior colleagues, build client relationships and work closely with senior leadership as the department grows, with modern tech and a forward-thinking

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Residential Conveyancer.
• Ideally 5+ years' experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong technical ability with a commercial and client-focused approach.
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters.
• Mentor junior team members and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership as the department grows.
• Utilise modern case management systems and drive process improvements.
