Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd in Daventry is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload from start to finish. The firm offers hybrid working, a supportive environment, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years' experience managing residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
• Strong knowledge of current conveyancing law and processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other professionals.

Senior Residential Conveyancer

Location: Daventry

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates will have:

• Around 5 years'+ experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload
• Excellent client care skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team, assisting more junior employees as needed
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• A sound understanding of the conveyancing process and up to date legislation
