• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, keeping all parties updated.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload supported by colleagues and senior fee earners


• Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re‑mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters


• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated
