Job summary

Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd in Daventry seeks a Senior Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied caseload from start to finish, including freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and equity releases.

You will liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders, delivering excellent client care and clear communication, while supporting junior staff in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years'+ experience of running a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent client care skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and assist more junior colleagues.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Sound understanding of the conveyancing process and up-to-date legislation.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
• Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are updated.

Senior Residential Conveyancer

Location: Daventry

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
• Dealing with sales and purchases transactions of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity release matters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and third party professionals, ensuring all parties are kept fully updated
