CareTech Community Services in Dumfries is seeking a Team Leader to support young people within Cushathill, providing daily care, guidance and a warm, structured environment. No prior experience needed; full training is provided and a welcoming team supports your development.

Job description

Role: Team Leader

Location: Dumfries

Pay:£28,645 - £29,464 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month giving an additional £8000+ over the year - OTE£37,464.

What You’ll Do

As a support worker, you will support young people with their daily routines, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. You will also:

Where You'll Do It

Cushathill is a beautiful, warm home nestled on the outskirts of Dumfries and Galloway. We are registered to support 4 young people. We have refurbished our home in order to provide the best facilities to support our young people, including new kitchen and open plan dining. We support children who have experienced trauma, have learning disabilities or display challenging behaviours.
