CareTech Community Services in Cupar, Fife, is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to support young people in Springfield House. You’ll help with daily routines, school prep, meals, and activities, while building trust and ensuring safety in a holistic, home-like environment.
We welcome applicants with and without experience. Training is provided; a full UK manual driving licence is required and sponsorship is not available. A rewarding role with opportunities for development.
Role: Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Cupar, Fife
Pay:£26,227 to £30,160 plus £67.50 per sleep-in, expect 10 sleeps per month gives an additional £8000 + over the year - OTE £38,160
A full Manual UK driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy.

Springfield House is made up of 2 homes with a 'whole approach' which are registered to support 9 young people. We focus on activities that promote the health and wellbeing of our young people, guiding them through the next stages in their life and being a safe space for them to express themselves.
