Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support projects across London and surrounding areas with travel to KT8 as required. The role offers a base salary of £36,000 plus £4,560 annual car allowance.

The successful candidate will manage resident communications, coordinate access, handle enquiries and complaints, and work closely with site teams to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience handling complaints and resident queries.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.
• Communicate planned works, schedules and potential disruption.
• Manage resident enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate access arrangements and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of resident communications and feedback.
• Liaise with site and project teams to resolve issues and ensure works run smoothly.
