Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to support works in KT12 and surrounding areas. You will be the main contact for residents, coordinating access and communicating schedules, while ensuring minimal disruption to residents.

The role emphasizes building positive relationships with residents, site teams and clients, with a professional, customer-focused approach essential to delivering a positive resident experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Confidence handling resident queries and complaints.
• A professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude.
• Full UK driving licence preferred, depending on project requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout works.
• Communicate planned works, schedules and potential disruption.
• Manage resident enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
• Coordinate access arrangements and appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of resident communications and feedback.
• Liaise with site and project teams to resolve issues promptly.
