Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is recruiting a Reporting Manager to join our team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support reporting delivery, translate complex data into clear outputs, and develop dashboards for senior stakeholders.

You will work with data analysts and project controls teams to ensure data quality, drive process improvements, and implement digital solutions where appropriate. A strong focus on insights and stakeholder collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing high-quality reporting and MI.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with complex datasets and turning data into insights.
• Knowledge of WBS, CBS, and OBS structures.

Responsibilities

• Support the Reporting Lead in delivering high-quality project reporting.
• Produce clear reporting narratives for a range of stakeholders.
• Analyse complex data and translate into insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, graphs, charts and tables.
• Ensure data quality and consistency with data analysts and controls teams.
• Engage stakeholders to define reporting needs and outputs.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to introduce digital solutions and improve efficiency.
• Ensure KPIs and outputs align with project organisation levels.
• Challenge data and narratives where appropriate.
• Work within WBS, CBS and OBS structures for alignment.
