Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Reporting Manager in London with hybrid working and occasional travel to Suffolk. The role focuses on turning complex project data into clear insights for senior stakeholders, delivering dashboards, narratives and high-quality reporting.

You will work with data analysts and project controls teams to ensure data quality, develop reporting outputs, and drive continuous improvement across reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing high-quality reporting and MI.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with complex datasets and translating into insights.
• Understanding of WBS, CBS and OBS structures.

Responsabilités

• Support the Reporting Lead in delivering high-quality project reporting.
• Produce clear, accurate reporting narratives for a range of stakeholders.
• Analyse complex project data and translate it into meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting outputs including dashboards, graphs, charts and tables.
• Work closely with data analysts and project controls teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure outputs meet their needs.
• Support continuous improvement across reporting processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to introduce digital solutions and improve reporting efficiency.
• Ensure KPIs and reporting outputs are appropriate to the project level.
