Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality programme reporting for a major Civils infrastructure project in the UK. The role sits in a busy Project Controls environment and offers hybrid working in London (2–3 days per week) with occasional travel to Suffolk.

You will manage reporting teams, drive data quality, create executive dashboards, and support senior leadership with clear performance information.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Reporting or Project Controls teams.
• Experience delivering programme reporting across major infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with data visualisation and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination and improvement of programme reporting.
• Mentor reporting and Project Controls professionals.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Planning, Cost, Risk, Change, Commercial and Delivery functions.
• Drive data quality, reporting standards, automation and visualisation improvements.
• Analyse large volumes of complex project data and translate into insights.
• Support governance, strategic planning and senior decision-making.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve reporting and improvement objectives.
