Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager for the Civils programme in London. The role blends leadership of reporting and Project Controls with hands-on delivery of executive dashboards, data quality improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead reporting teams, coordinate Planning, Cost, Risk and Change functions, and ensure timely, accurate management information for senior stakeholders on a major national infrastructure project, with hybrid London working and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Reporting/Project Controls teams in complex programmes.
• Experience delivering programme reporting across major infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of Planning, Cost, Risk and Change Management.
• Experience producing executive-level reports and dashboards.
• Excellent data visualisation and automation skills with Excel/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination and continuous improvement of programme reporting.
• Manage and mentor reporting and Project Controls professionals.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Planning, Cost, Risk, Change, Commercial and Delivery functions.
• Drive data quality, reporting standards, automation and visualisation improvements.
• Analyse large volumes of project data and translate into actionable insights.
• Support governance, strategic planning and senior decision-making.
• Manage competing priorities with high accuracy and quality.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve reporting objectives.
