Job summary

Kenton Black Limited is seeking a Senior Reporting Manager to lead the Civils project controls and PMO reporting on a major infrastructure programme in the UK. Hybrid work in London with 2–3 days on site and occasional travel to Suffolk. Salary £80,000–£95,000 plus benefits.

You will develop and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards and performance packs, drive data quality, automation and visualisation, and mentor reporting teams across Planning, Cost, Risk and Change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Reporting/PMO teams in large programmes.
• Experience delivering programme reporting for major infrastructure projects.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with data visualisation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continual improvement of programme reporting.
• Mentor reporting and Project Controls professionals.
• Produce executive-level reports, dashboards and performance packs for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning, Cost, Risk, Change, Commercial and Delivery teams.
• Drive data quality, standards, automation and visualisation.
