What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior Reporting / BI Data Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality reporting datasets and dashboards that drive decision-making across the business. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, develop actionable insights, and ensure that reporting is accurate, accessible, and impactful.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with business intelligence tools, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities to deliver maximum value. Key Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting datasets to support various business functions.
• Develop and maintain different types of reports tailored to stakeholder needs, including analytical reports, sales reports, and operational dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
• Manage and prioritise multiple reporting requests, ensuring work is aligned with business impact.
• Use Tableau or other BI tools to create compelling and interactive visual reports.
• Leverage Google Sheets for quick analysis and lightweight reporting.
• Contribute to best practices for reporting, dashboard design, and data governance.

Skills & Experience

• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder requests and prioritise work based on business impact.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data.
• Proficiency in Tableau or other visual analytics platforms.
• Strong experience with Google Sheets or other spreadsheet applications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for transforming and modelling data.
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience in an agile or fast-paced environment.
