Job summary

A2Dominion Group is seeking an experienced Specialist Transformation Lead – Repairs to drive large-scale transformation across repairs services in a hybrid setting (Ealing). You will lead complex programmes, collaborate with Repairs, Assets, Customer Services, Digital Innovation, IT, Data & BI and Service Improvement teams to modernise repairs operations and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social housing compliance requirements and repairs operations (Essential)
• Significant experience delivering repairs and maintenance transformation initiatives
• Proven track record leading complex change programmes and service improvement projects
• Strong understanding of programme governance, planning, reporting and benefits realisation
• Experience improving operational performance and customer outcomes within a repairs environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of repairs transformation programmes and projects aligned to organisational priorities, regulatory improvement plans and customer needs
• Manage programme governance, delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, reporting and benefits realisation activities
• Work collaboratively with operational, technology and transformation teams to design and implement sustainable service improvements
• Drive improvements in repairs performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, operational efficiency and contractor management outcomes
• Support the development of business cases, investment proposals and transformation roadmaps
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness and adoption activities to support successful programme delivery
• Support business continuity planning and organisational resilience arrangements
• Ensure programme data, risks, issues, milestones and benefits are accurately maintained and reported
• Work with Data Governance and Business Intelligence teams to maintain reporting quality and governance compliance
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to health and safety requirements
