Job summary

A2Dominion Group is seeking a Specialist Transformation Lead – Property to drive strategic transformation across property services, asset management, compliance and building safety. You will work closely with related teams to improve operational effectiveness, regulatory assurance and resident outcomes.

The role focuses on governance, reporting and benefits realisation, leading large-scale change initiatives and delivering sustainable service improvements across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of social housing compliance requirements (Essential).
• Strong governance, reporting, planning and benefits realisation skills.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of property services, asset management, compliance and building safety requirements.
• Strong stakeholder-management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead property and asset transformation programmes aligned to organisational priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Support improvements across asset management, compliance, building safety and wider property services.
• Manage programme governance, delivery plans, budgets, risks, reporting and benefits realisation activities.
• Work collaboratively with operational, technology and transformation teams to design and deliver sustainable service improvements.
• Support the development of business cases, investment proposals and transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure governance, reporting and assurance requirements are met throughout programme delivery.
• Ensure audit requirements are met through effective controls, accurate record keeping and timely management of audit actions.
• Support business continuity planning and organisational resilience arrangements.
• Ensure programme data, performance information and reporting are accurate, complete and maintained effectively.
• Work with Data Governance and Business Intelligence teams to improve data quality and support decision-making.
• Promote health and safety standards and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
