Job summary

Recruit with Purpose is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a North West Housing Association to lead a large Repairs Systems implementation. You will own the project lifecycle from mobilisation through to benefits realisation, working with senior stakeholders and external vendors.

The role is hybrid with two days onsite in the North West, offering a £69,000 salary plus excellent benefits and the chance to shape critical repairs and field service technology within a mature governance

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery experience on large-scale systems implementations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong vendor management and contract governance.
• Demonstrated change management and user adoption success.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery with appropriate application.
• Experience in Housing sector transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Repairs system implementation programme.
• Establish and manage project governance, planning, controls and reporting.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and supplier communities.
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead organisational change activities and user adoption.
• Deliver clear communication and reporting across the business.
• Ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to objectives.
