Job summary

Encore in Uxbridge, London seeks a Senior Repair Technician for an on-site warehouse role. You will facilitate, supervise, and conduct regional repair of Encore owned equipment, implement daily and quarterly repair and QC processes, and report on key repair metrics.

The role requires 1–2 years of technical repair experience (AV preferred), the ability to follow directions, and strong communication with managers and subordinates. You may supervise a Repair Technician and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical repair experience, preferably in AV.
• Ability to take direction and communicate with managers and subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and cosmetic repair and maintenance on Encore equipment and road cases.
• Support all Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system, documenting repair progress and ensuring compliance with manufacturer/warranty policy.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts to complete repairs.
• Establish and report on key repair metrics and ROI.
• Follow health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Report all HSE issues to Warehouse Manager and HSE Manager.
