Job summary

Encore is seeking a Repair Technician in Uxbridge to repair Encore-owned equipment, assist with QC, and support warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining spare parts, updating repair records, and contributing to service metrics.

You will report to the Senior Repair Technician or Warehouse Supervisor and work with cross-functional teams. The candidate should have an associate degree or diploma and at least 1 year of repair experience, with preference for AV/lighting equipment or

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in a related technical discipline.
• 1+ years in component-level fault isolation and repair.
• Experience repairing professional AV/lighting equipment or consumer electronics is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot analog and digital circuitry to component level.
• Proficient with test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, signal generators) and soldering.

Responsibilities

• Repair Encore equipment and perform technical and cosmetic repairs.
• Support QC processes and document results.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and repair documentation.
• Update the Service Central database in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assist internal and external teams and report to supervisor.
