Job summary

Encore Global in Uxbridge, London seeks a Senior Repair Technician for an on-site warehouse role. You will facilitate, supervise, and perform regional repair of Encore owned equipment, and oversee daily and quarterly QC processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating parts, reporting repair metrics, and ensuring health and safety. The role may supervise a Repair Technician and reports to Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager depending on region.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years technical repair experience, preferably in the audio visual industry.
• Ability to take direction and communicate with managers and subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and cosmetic repair and maintenance on Encore equipment and road cases.
• Support Quality Control processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement service/maintenance tracking and reporting system.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and order necessary parts.
• Establish reporting on key repair metrics and ROI.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Report all HSE issues to Warehouse Manager.
• Perform annual physical inventory of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
• Interact with staff, enter paperwork, manage pick-lists and service module.
