OCS Energy Services is recruiting a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery across renewable energy projects including District Heating, Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV charging and hydro. You will manage staff and subcontractors, drive health & safety compliance, and ensure on-site installations meet project timelines.

The role requires proven leadership, experience in design & build, and ability to prepare contract management documents. Travel between office and site will be required.

Competenze

• Experience in renewable/energy sector projects such as Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging or civil engineering.
• Experience in design and build projects.
• Proven track record of managing teams.
• Experience supporting in preparation of contract management documents, i.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI’s, Technical Submissions, progress reports.
• Proven experience of Health and safety management.
• Willingness to travel between main office and site.

Mansioni

• Oversee staff and subcontractors on-site, provide day-to-day support and resolve issues.
• Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure systems are installed and commissioned properly.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Create and maintain accurate site reports.
• Assist in overseeing all on-site activities.
• Manage project resources to maximise output and deliver to programme.
• Control various subcontract packages.
• Review team progress against programme.
• Chair subcontractor site progress meetings.
• Undertake quality inspections.
• Lead health & safety management, inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments and permit management.
• Communicate planned works to the team and subcontractors.
