Job summary

Mint Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager for renewable energy and grid infrastructure projects, including solar PV, BESS and substations. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating civil and electrical works to meet drawings, environment and HSE requirements.

The role requires SMSTS and CSCS, solid knowledge of CDM 2015, and the ability to coordinate multiple contractors toward commissioning handover on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site operations on renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to coordinate civil and electrical works on large sites.
