OCS Energy Services, part of the OCS Group, is recruiting a Site Manager to lead renewable energy projects across the UK, including District Heating, Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV charging. You will oversee site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure safe, on-time delivery of installations and commissioning.

Competenze

• Experience in renewable/energy sector projects (solar PV, battery storage, EV charging) desirable.
• Experience with design-and-build projects.
• Proven track record of managing on-site teams.
• Experience supporting contract management documents (method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, progress reports).
• Proven health and safety management experience.
• Zero defects attitude.
• Willingness to travel and work between office and site.

Mansioni

• Oversee staff and subcontractors on-site, providing day-to-day support and training.
• Participate in progress meetings with stakeholders and customers.
• Ensure all systems are installed and commissioned.
• Enforce Health & Safety policies at all times.
• Create and maintain accurate site reports.
• Assist in overseeing all on-site activities.
• Manage project resources to maximise output and meet programme.
• Control subcontract packages.
• Review team progress against programme.
• Chair subcontractor site progress meetings.
• Conduct quality inspections.
• Handle site Health & Safety management, inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments, method statements and permits.
• Communicate planned works to the team and subcontractors.
