Valoris Group is seeking a Renewable Electrical Site Manager to lead electrical installations across solar PV, ASHP, ventilation and related works, ensuring quality, safety and compliance on domestic and commercial projects.

You will mentor teams, oversee on-site electricians, and drive project delivery with a focus on standards and client satisfaction. The role includes a competitive salary, performance bonus, and a comprehensive support package.

• Proactive problem-solving and sound project delivery experience.
• Solid knowledge of electrical design, installation, and maintenance.
• Experience within the renewable energy sector, particularly solar PV.

Aufgaben

• Carry out regular site visits to ensure compliance, quality, and safe working practices
• Oversee live installations including solar PV connections, ASHP electrical works, general electrical tasks, and DMEV systems
• Act as the technical lead and main point of contact for on-site electricians
• Mentor, support, and review team performance, providing training and feedback where required
• Work with quality supervisors to maintain high standards across all projects
• Complete and review health and safety documentation, risk assessments, and method statements
• Conduct site inductions and ensure effective onboarding for new starters
• Perform van, stock, and equipment inspections to ensure operational readiness
