Job summary

EvoEnergy Limited is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead multi-trade installations and manage complex site activities across PV, HV/LV, battery storage and EV charging projects. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, ensure programmes are met, and maintain close client relationships.

Applicants should have strong site-management experience and the ability to work nationwide, with travel and overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• Projects/Construction Management Qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience of running a Project on-site and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage several trades on site.
• Understanding of site drawings and SLDs.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle reactive situations.
• Good IT skills and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• In time, you will have full control of a project from inception and plan and programme all activities.
• Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and construction phase plans for client approval.
• Review RAMS for approval.
• Lead project meetings with clients and contractors.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and health and safety inspections.
• On-site point of contact for deliveries and client liaison.
• Oversee installations across PV, HV/LV, battery storage and EV charging.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance across sites.
