Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Social Program Coordinator to oversee online delivery of social programs. The role requires leading virtual teams, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high-quality services for clients across multiple locations.

You will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs using digital platforms, with a focus on collaboration, data reporting, and budget management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in program management, preferably social sector.
• Proven remote coordination and leadership experience.
• Strong budgeting and data-reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, development, and execution of social programs remotely.
• Coordinate activities of remote program staff, volunteers, and partners.
• Develop and manage program budgets and resources virtually.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and generate performance reports.
• Ensure programs align with goals, policies and quality standards.
• Facilitate virtual communication among stakeholders.
• Address challenges in delivery and implement corrective actions.
• Manage client intake processes and online service coordination.
