Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Public Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in program coordination or management, preferably in humanitarian or non-profit sector.
• Experience in project planning, implementation, and reporting.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and implementation of humanitarian aid programs.
• Facilitate communication between field teams, headquarters, and partners.
• Assist in developing proposals, work plans, and budgets.
• Monitor activities, track progress, and identify risks or challenges.
• Prepare regular program reports and updates for management and donors.
• Manage program documentation and record-keeping.
• Coordinate logistics and procurement for program delivery.
• Support monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to donor requirements and humanitarian standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery processes.
