Placements24 is recruiting a highly accomplished Senior Management Consultant to join a fully remote team focused on Strategy & Execution. You will partner with clients to turn high-level visions into actionable initiatives and drive performance improvements across organizations.

You will translate complex strategic concepts into practical plans, develop measurement frameworks, and guide client teams through execution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to guide organisations through strategy formulation and execution.
• Expertise in strategic frameworks, performance management, and project execution methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives with clients and develop executable plans.
• Identify KPIs and metrics to track progress toward goals.
• Develop frameworks and tools to support strategy implementation.
• Provide ongoing guidance to client teams during execution phases.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess impact and opportunities.
• Facilitate remote workshops and stakeholder meetings for alignment.
