Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise systems integration programs. You will drive cross-functional teams across ERP, CRM, and SCM initiatives, ensuring data integrity and on-time delivery in a fully remote setting.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PM experience, a strong process mindset, and proficiency with MS Project and Jira, enabling effective governance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT/CS/Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of project management with enterprise systems integration.
• PMP or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-phase, large-budget programs.
• Able to manage distributed teams effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong business-process, data-management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise integrations.
• Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and implementation plans.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Direct and mentor cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Oversee ERP, CRM, and SCM integration efforts and data migration.
• Ensure thorough testing (unit, integration, UAT) and sign-off.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and vendor relationships.
• Implement change management and monitor progress with corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Drive project governance and alignment with strategic goals.
