Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Technician to lead shift teams, ensure safe and efficient maintenance, and drive uptime across EU sites. You will monitor performance, plan preventative tasks, and implement process improvements.

You’ll work on complex MHE and PLC‑based systems, collaborate with line managers, and develop skills for progression into more senior roles within Amazon’s growing network.

Competenze

Must have hands‑on experience in mechanical/electrical environments.
Proven leadership in technical teams and shift supervision.
Experience with maintenance planning and safety protocols.

Mansioni

Demonstrate best practice on equipment safety and process adherence.
Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventative maintenance.
Supervise on‑shift technicians and mentor staff.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
Suggest and implement improvements across EU network.
